How HiveSpace works

Your media. Your way.

HiveSpace is designed to remove the complexity of setting up and managing digital asset systems. Here's exactly what happens when you get started:

✨ Step 1: Choose a Plan

Pick the right plan for your team, content volume, and support needs.

You’ll choose from three monthly paid plans based on:

- 🔢 How many users you need
- 💾 How much storage you’ll require (from 100GB to 4TB+)
- 📦 Whether you need branding, specific upload tools, or priority support

You don’t need to install anything or manage servers — everything is hosted, secured, and maintained by us.

When you're ready, fill out a short setup form and complete your subscription.

🔐 Step 2: We Set Up Your Private HiveSpace

We provision your own dedicated instance of HiveSpace — just for you.

Within 1 to 5 business days (often sooner), we:

- Spin up your own cloud-based HiveSpace server
- Set your organisation’s name, branding, and login portal (Not available on Blogger/Creator plans)
- Assign your chosen admin user account
- Enable core features and plugins for asset management
- Connect your storage and configure your required security options
- Everything is private and isolated — this isn’t a shared workspace. You’ll receive:

- A secure login URL
- User credentials
- A simple onboarding guide (or live help, if you want it)

Use powerful tools to tag, search, and manage your media.

Once live, you can start uploading files immediately.

With HiveSpace, you'll have:

- Auto-generated titles
- Smart tags & categories
- Custom metadata fields tailored to your needs
- Exceptional search and filtering tools
- User roles and permissions to control access

Your media is finally organised, searchable, and under your control.
